Privacy policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
This policy explains what TPM Inc. collects when you use ThePredictionMarkets.com and its API, and how we use it.
What we collect
If you create an account: your email address, your name if your sign-in provider shares it, and the profile details you enter. You can sign in with Google, GitHub, LinkedIn or an emailed link; we never see your password for those services.
If you use the API: your API keys and a record of requests made with them, so we can enforce plan limits and fix problems.
When you browse: standard usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, collected through Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies.
How we use it
To run your account and API access, keep the service secure, understand which features are used, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that host and operate the service for us, such as our hosting, email and analytics providers, and only as needed to run it, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except where we must keep records by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
