These terms apply when you use ThePredictionMarkets.com, operated by TPM Inc., including the website and the API. By using the service you agree to them.
What we provide
We collect publicly available prices and market information from prediction market venues such as Kalshi and Polymarket and show them side by side. We do not run a market, hold funds or place trades for you.
Not financial advice
Everything on the site and in the API is information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prediction markets involve risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions.
Accuracy
Prices can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and two markets that look alike may settle differently. The service is provided as is, without any warranty. Always check the venue itself before you trade.
Accounts and API keys
Keep your login and API keys private; you are responsible for activity under them. Respect the rate limits of your plan. We may suspend keys or accounts that abuse the service, scrape it beyond your plan, or break the law.
Third-party venues
TPM Inc. is independent and not affiliated with the venues we cover. Links to venues may be referral links. Your use of a venue is governed by that venue’s own terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TPM Inc. is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including trading losses or decisions based on our data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
